The receptionist was extremely rude and defensive! Dr. Bridget Kozy was very dismissive as well. Luckily there are other Dentist in the state of Ohio that have a much better bed side manner and professional staff. After answering the question that I had indeed taking a Covid-19 test and for now I have a permanent cough due to me being an ex-smoker. Dr. Bridget Kozy then came to the window shortly after to ask me when I had tested and how long I've had a cough. I was then told that I must reschedule. I tried to explain that it was just precautionary for the Holidays coming up and not because I had to be tested due to feeling ill and that I have a permanent cough due to being an ex-smoker but it fell on deaf ears alone with snide comments from the receptionist. She was very condescending when I told her that I think they may have misunderstood. The receptionist responded very defensive by stating that she wasn't going to argue with me! As if to reprimand a child or something. I understand being cautious in the times that we face but I don't think that it is good business to treat your patients (dismissively and rude.) Amazing staff! I was treated so well today. Dr Bridget made my experience almost enjoyable ... I mean I was still at the dentist ☺️ but when you can leave a root canal with laughter it's a good sign there doing something right!

I was very happy with my experience at Kozy Dental! Dr. Jackie Kozy was my dentist but I probably met everyone there. What a great group of people! I needed new dentures. My upper was over 20 years old and I hadn't had teeth on the lower for many years, so they pretty much had to create my smile! Since there was nothing on the bottom they had to create my bite. I took in pictures of me before dentures and shortly after getting my old ones. Dr. Jackie worked patiently with me to determine the bite (it had been many years since I had a full mouth of teeth to bite down with). Well they did it! Not only did they give me a great smile but a pre-denture smile! After my first denture it just didn't look or feel natural to do big grins.Thank you so much Dr. Jackie and everyone at Kozy Dental.Everyone made me feel comfortable and at ease. I highly recommend this group of caring and fantastic people!

I highly recommend Dr. Bridget and all at Kozy Dental Care! Bridget is professional, honest and completely patient. She presents all options clearly and discusses her suggested opinions openly. Bridget goes out of her way for her patients, comes in on days off and makes you feel at ease during any procedure. This practice is family-owned, and you will feel right at home. In fact, I drive two hours just to see Dr. Bridget.

Awsome Dentist. Dr Bridget saw me last week for a root canal. From the time I sat down till the time I left,I felt no pain. She and her assistant where great. Thank you Dr Bridget. My tooth no longer hurts,and I can chew on that side again I highly recommend Kozy Dental Care.
